Claudia helped us sell our house and she was outstanding. She gave us great advice on where to spend money to prep the house and where it was not worth spending money. We moved out of state before our house went on the market, so she handled overseeing all the prep work. When there was a problem, she always had a quick solution to suggest. She kept the process moving. When the offers came in, she had some great advice on how to evaluate them and select the best one for us. We could not be happier and highly recommend her.

I had the opportunity to work with Claudia on the sale of a house where the owners were getting a divorce. I was the property manager and the house was my daughters and son in law. The house had been a rental and she was so well organized and helpful as we got the house ready for the sale. She had a contractor who could do any type of job needed from fixing a leak in the fish pond, trimming trees, electrical work and anything else we needed done in the house. Her contractor always did a great job at a very reasonable price She was always there to help.
She was always available by phone or text and went well beyond what you would expect from a realtor. I could go on and on how helpful she was as worked we together to sale the house.
Also she had a lot of contacts and perspective buyers which you do not always get from a realtor.
As you can tell I was blown away with the service she gave me and the sellers.
